Client Profile

Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), Malaysia’s eighth university was officially incorporated on 24 December 1992. It is located at Kota Samarahan, Sarawak.

UNIMAS’ research is focused on at least three niche areas of research:

• Biotechnological research in epidemiology (dengue, JE, FMHD, malaria), biogeography (phylogenetics) and agriculture (sago);
• ICT, specifically on rural communication and image analysis; and Biodiversity, natural resource and environmental management.

Installation of ACCNET Intelliclass Language Lab System has been done successfully in UNIMAS Campus as requested. The whole process which consists of installation and user training was done within one week time.
